This is a good product at an amazingly low price! I’ve tried some brands with prices similar to this, and they’re simply less powerful versions, containing several times more olive oil than the expensive versions.
I count on Oil of Oregano to fight off colds, flus, cold sores — almost any kind of ill health including sick to the stomach from overeating. With three in our household, one being a toddler, we experience illness once a year or less. My toddler (2 years 4 months of age) has never had an antibiotic between using Oil of Oregano for illnesses and using homeopathic remedies. She’s the healthiest child I know, and our friends have noticed this. She thinks it’s fun to pretend to blow her nose; she’s never actually had a serious runny nose as part of an illness. Most children I know seem to get sick every couple of months, and their colds leave them with long periods of runny nose problems.
For people who would like to fight off illnesses at the first sign of onset, I highly recommend this product for quality and good price. Be warned — Oil of Oregano has a powerful taste, so it’s best taken in orange juice or in a capsule. (You can purchase bags of empty capsules at most health food stores or over the web.)
As a cancer survivor with no spleen and a weak immune system, I have been using oil of oregano for about six months and I have found it to be a very effective weapon in my personal germ warfare arsenal.
I’m using this on my skin and also drinking it. It does burn for a couple of minutes and taste horrible, but really seems to work. If you put it on healthy skin it feels soothing. It only burns on the athletes foot, rash or problem area. I put a few drops in 1 or 2 oz. of water, swish and swallow.I also put it under my tongue, good absorption. I use it as deodorant, too. It seems to work for everything. The book is very helpful, I got a copy from the library but would recommend buying it.
